Description :
• Provide scanning of documents, keep track on movement of original and scanned documents within DM group. Coordinate mail receiving/shipping
• Check incoming/outgoing documents against the legislation/legal requirements and checklists.
• Communicate with entities' authorized persons/vendors in case of any problems with documents.
• Provide AP team with checked documents for processing. Ensure timely preparation/submission of documents from entities’ authorized persons’
•Provide appropriate coding and storage of documents, keep track on the movement of archived documents, handle bank documents, validate expense reports and provide support for documents signing (if applicable). Prepare DM related reports prior to the deadlines and upon DM Team Lead request. Propose ideas for process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance to Global Operating Guidelines, Policies and Procedures. This is achieved by adhering to corporate policies and procedures, adhering to BSC procedures and internal guidelines, ensuring markets are adhered to Corporate and BSC policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance to the DM Team Lead to ensure the objectives and targets of DM team are met.
• Supporting other DM Associates in completing documents checking, archiving, handling and resolving DM related issues. Upon receiving instruction from the DM Team Lead, providing assistance and support for cross functional activities and supporting global projects and initiatives.
• Support entities by understanding their businesses and operational needs and subsequently providing them with sound advice on DM related matters.
 
Requirements :
• Must possess a University/College degree, ideally in Accounting/Finance. Pursuing professional qualification is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP R2R-AP module would be advantageous.
• Good command of English and Thai language is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages would be seen as a plus.
• Project management and analytical skills are a plus
