- • Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operation
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of cash and credit card sales
• Prepare journals for cash sales, credit card sales and
• Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Verify cash receipt input by Treasury department
• Ensure all cash receipts are accurately reflected in accounting system
• Prepare monthly AR checklist
• Resolve daily operational issues on timely basis
• Work closely with other teams within the organization
• To assist with any other tasks as and when assigned by the management
(Location: Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya) - Requirements :
- • Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years’ working experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and those with knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment, with strong leadership and initiative, team spirit and maintains a high level of integrity at all times
