Description :: -Handle full set of accounts & responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial accounting reports.
-Prepare monthly cash flow reports and bank reconciliation statements.
-Handling daily accounting operational matters e.g: Payment processing.
-To ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, suppliers in relating to audit, tax, statutory requirements and company secretarial issues.
-Responsible on preparing, checking and monitoring all payment issued.
-To monitor bank balance and cash flow position.
-To monitor / prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items.
-Any jobs assigned from time to time by the company
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma LCCI, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
-At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required skill(s): responsibility, commitment and discipline, able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn.
-Familiar with MS Office and UBS system would be an added advantage.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Must be willing to work in Kuantan.
