Description :: - Responsible for overall Q.S operation include taking off quantities, BQ & materials, tendering & cost analysis.
- Responsible for claims and cost management and able to prepare progress claim, final account, valuation of contract works.
- Responsible for overall project contract administration and co-ordination.
- Liase with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractor.
- Develop, estimate and provide support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with project team requirements.
- Review specifications / drawings to determine scope of work, costing structures and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site valuation / measurement, manpower and infrastructure works.
- Make reports in log book, documentation and records upon completion of work.
Requirements :: - Possess Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent with 1-2 years experience in building works.
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Computer literate (Word, excel, project), self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skill
- Must have site experience and sound working knowledge of cost control
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
