- • To work closely with the Senior Manager in handling the full spectrum of corporate finance functions
• Establish and maintain financial policies & procedures and the systems of accounting and its related internal controls.
• Responsible for timely and accurate consolidation of financial and management reporting on monthly and quarterly basis
• Lead in tax submission and tax planning for the group businesses
• Provide financial analysis and support to businesses and be involved in strategic planning of the business for growth, including the merger and acquisition exercise and competitors analysis
• Involve and coordinate in group control self assessment audit and reporting
- Requirements :
- • Possess a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA CIMA, MICPA or its equivalent
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field with experience in supervising a team of staff, preferably with manufacturing
• accounting background.
• Good knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards will be an added advantage
• Good team player, self-motivated, result oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer Literate, knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage
