Description :: 1. Oversee the company's financial policies which will includes oversea offices and subsidiaries, and to continuously improve and implement finance and operating controls to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the overall business operations
2. Work closely with the management team to co-ordinate and prepare the budgets, management reports, provide advice for review and monthly tracking of expenditure against set budget of the various business unit for future / potential exposure to the organization
3. Prepare the consolidated financial statements for the group according to prevailing accounting standards and Listing Requirement
4. Cash flow management tax planning
5. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, solicitors, banker and company secretary to ensure all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements are complied
6. Any other ad-hoc assigments
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Willing to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in manufacturing with exposure to export, logistic and distribution environment
4. Excellent business acumen, strong analytical and leadership skill and must be results oriented
5. Team management and strong leadership skills are crucial to succeed in this role
6. Experience with listed company would be consider an advantage
7. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, possess excellent commercial acumen; hands on and able to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
