- 1) To manage and maintain petty cash
2) Check supplier's invoices against properly authorized purchase order
3) Prepare/ review invoices, debit/ credit note and journal entries
4) Ensure accurate and timely posting of all business transactions in the accounting
systems
5) Check and process all claims and ensure ensure timely payment of claims and
payment
6) Reconcile creditors sub ledger against general ledger and reconciliation of bank
statements
7) Assist in monthly accounts closing activities, including prepare journals and
schedules
8) Prepare timely and accurate monthly costing reports
9) To liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules
10) Any other duties as and when assigned by the management - Requirements :
- 1) Candidates must possess at least Diploma. Advance/ Higher / Graduate Diploma Finance/ Account
2) With 2-3 years of working experience
3) Knowledge in UBS accounting system
4) Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and word
5) Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6) Good interpersonal and communication skills
7) Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
8) Required language: Chinese, English, Malay - Lowest Qualification :
