Description :
1. In-charges for all aspect in Accounts Payable function (Including ensure procedures of AP process are properly adhere to, system key in, matching invoices, further investigate / resolve for invoices’ discrepancies issues, payments, monthly creditors’ reconciliation, etc.
2. Assist in Month End Closing, general ledger activities and reporting including preparing monthly schedule and analysis.
3. Monthly costing analysis for the products.
4. Assist in general ledger, accounts receivable and treasury function.
5. Assist in monthly stock taking exercise including stock adjustment function.
6. Other ad-hoc assignment delegated by Superior. 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certificate, Diploma or higher or equivalent.
2. Required Languages: Chinese and English.
3. Required Skills: Independent, Inter-personal and communication skill, Microsoft Excel / Words, etc.
4. At least 2 years’ working experience in accounting functions, Fresh graduate area encouraged to apply.
