Description :: Contract positions
1. Support the schools to perform the reporting required for Trust School finance related matters.
2. Monitor all finance related work activities at the Trust Schools and provide advice in line with the direction of YA and MOE.
3. Ensure timely finance work completion and reporting by the Trust School finance staff.
4. Provide input on the compliance of Trust School's staff in performing work functions and generating reports as per requirement from MOE.
5. To train and advice the schools staff the proper recording and reporting as per Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.
6. Identify gaps of skills and knowledge required for the school staff to perform Trust School financial recording and reports as per MOE requirement.
7. Ensure proper guidance and training of the Trust School's staff and recommend training requirement.
Requirements :: 1. Possess at least a Diploma, in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years working experience in the related field
3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English
