Description :: - Provide leadership and direction to all aspects of the Group’s financial
reporting and accounting operations
- Ensure timely and accurate analysis of financial reporting, budgets, and
forecasts
- Manage cash flow and treasury function
- Review and improve the group internal control, policies, and procedures
- Reviewing and advising on risk and compliance matters
- Ensure compliance with all in-country local statutory accounting, tax and
regulatory regulations
- Manage the Group’s tax planning and optimise the Group’s tax position
- Manage corporate actions like Corporate Restructuring, Fund Raising, M&A
etc
- Continuous improvement in accounting work processes and software
implementation
- Manage insurance coverage and renewal matter
- Coordinate regulatory licenses application and renewal
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretarial agent and
legals
- Other financial projects as assigned
Requirements :: - Degree in Accountancy or equivalent and professional CA / CPA qualified.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in senior manager role.
- Working experience in public listed companies will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and judgement skills.
