Description :: -Plan and coordinate with contractor on project relates to renovation, upgrading and new outlet.
-Carry out the project as planned and to meet the deadline scheduled.
-Maintain emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems.
-Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on all electrical equipment. Testing and tagging as required.
-Prepare and submit weekly and monthly maintenance and work order reports to the Management.
-To liaise with suppliers with regards to inspections of M&E equipment in the properties
Requirements :: **This is a non-halal frozen food retailer**

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): BM, English and Mandarin (advantage)
-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Executive specialized in project and preventive maintenance.
-Possess own transport as required to travel between all outlets.
-Self-disciplined and able to meet deadlines.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
