Description :: • Responsible to reconcile stock take figures against book figures, propose and execute Inventory adjustment for all Factories.
• Responsible for Inventory Month End closing process and reconcile GL/TB/Sub-ledger accounts.
• Work closely with the factories to resolve all inventory related issues.
• Preparation of monthly Inventory related reports and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Participate in process and system improvement initiatives especially during Gap Analysis, Design and User Acceptance Test.
• Promote system usage and be a change agent in EPM
• Any other duties assigned by company
Requirements :: • Professional Qualification ACCA / CIMA/MICPA or Degree
• Min 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in Manufacturing Costing process
• Exposure in using an ERP system, preferable Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, BI Publisher (BIP) or Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI) Reporting Tool
• Experience in using Microsoft Access would be added advantage
• Passion for detailed work and drive to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Must be proactive, a team player and good communication skills
• Some travelling to EPM’s factories and sites required
