6) Handle GST report submission & claim
7) Review & verify for monthly PV.
8) Schedule Plan & review for AP & AR
9) Review & verify monthly PR
10) Prepare management reports for directors
11) Handle Petty Cash
12) Review logistic monthly & yearly Report to Customs Malaysia (Import & Export Customs Report)
13) Review ATS monthly & yearly report to Customs Malaysia. (Till June 2018)
14) Review customs exemption permit application
15) Overseeing company shipments arrangement
16) Handle yearly Costing
17) Liaise with Auditors, Financing Company, Bank, Insurance company, BG and etc.
18) Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Work closely with Finance & Accounting Manager to deliver all accounting & Finance initiatives
-Self-motivated & able to work independently
