Description :: 1) Leading the finance team and responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions;
2). ""Go-to"" person for all financial operations issues;
3). Ensure adherence to SOP and group accounting policy;
4). Responsible for budgeting process and monitoring;
5). Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables to HQ on a timely basis;
6). Prepare rolling cash flow projections and perform constant review of cash flow and working capital requirements;
7) Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, government bodies or any regulatory authorities for all compliance and regulatory matters;
8). Monitor cost control and assess cost reduction opportunities; and
9). To perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Management as and when required.
Requirements :: 1). Degree in Accounting/Finance
2). At least 4 years of working experience as Finance Manager
3). Hands-on, meticulous and problem solver;
4). Self-motivated personality with mature attitude;
5). Team player and good leadership skills;
6). Ability to work with tight deadlines with strong sense of responsibility;
7). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
