Description :: • Involved in Management Plan, Budgeting, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Audit, Inventory Management, various monthly Management Reports etc
• Manage all tax submission including GST, corporate tax, etc
• Review & monitor cash flows, liaise with bank
• Maintain and keep good record of company fixes assets etc
• Handle foreign exchanges in USD, SGD and RM.
• Liaise with external auditor in Malaysia
• Engage with external secretariats
• Manage a team of 2 to 3 accounts and HR executives Human Resources
• Manage monthly payroll, income tax submission etc
• Handle all employee relations issues
• Update Employee Handbook, HR policy & procedure etc
• Maintain updated employment contracts, insurances, etc on time
• Ensure legal compliance with regulatory bodies and government agencies
• Liaise with external manpower vendors on employment of foreign and local workers.
• Manage all office equipment, stationery, printing, postage, courier, refreshments etc
Requirements :: • Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business
• Min 4 years of experience in Accounts, HR & Admin
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting system will be an added advantage.
• Experience in accounting system such as Auto-count.
• Knowledge of inter-company billings and reconciliation
• Basic knowledge and understanding for HR related matters
• Ability to adapt to fast pace environment.
