Description :: - Files all bank-in slip in data order
- Updates daily collections in aging report
- Input of data into the accounting system for collection
- Reconciles creditors, debtors & etc
- Close month debtors' statements
- Prepare debtors' aging report
- Prepare credit note & debit note
- Reconciles daily bank-in slip for bank-in of collections
- Key in data entries into system for AR & AP
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least STPM in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year working experience required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
