Description :: - Involve in month end closing account, prepare management account and present those reports.
- To maintain proper documentation & filling to facilitate the audit process.
- To prepare monthly payroll, EPF, EIS, SOSCO & PCB contribution.
- Follow up with reporting on collection/payment of outstanding invoices from trade debtors / trade creditors.
- To prepare payment voucher, issues cheque & process online payment transaction.
- Analysis of direct cost, manufacturing cost, & processing cost for each product costing & trends analysis.
- Responsible for inventory variance, price variance & making appropriate adjustments.
- To reconcile month end stock balance.
- Liase with accountant, secretary, auditors, bankers & other external authorities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned as & when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate i.e. LCCI / ACCA or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
