Description :: - To ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, follow up closely collection with sales team.
- To ensuring monthly statements are prepared, printed, vetted and ready for delivery to customer
- To monitoring daily collection for credit customers by keeping an eye on long overdue account.
- To ensure timely updating all collections including posting o consumer accounts.
- To ensure customer details are correctly setup in the customer master file in the ERP system.
Requirements :: - Candidate must have minimum 5 years in credit control function.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
- Able to speak Bahasa, English, Mandarin or any local dialect.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
