Description :: - Ensure outstanding receivable are collected promptly, bank-in and reconciled.
- Responsible for the reconciliation of all accounts payables and receivables statements.
- Maintained Fixed Asset account.
- Maintain the general entries, accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Preparing trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and close the accounts monthly.
- Maintain accurate records and supervise scheduling of payments.
- Ensure accurate update of inventory system of sales, purchase and adjustments.
- Maintain proper record keeping and organization of filing system.
- Performed half yearly and yearly financial year stock count at outlets and/or warehouse.
- Basic knowledge of full set of accounts
- Other tasks and duties which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
- Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
