Description :: -Preparation of full sets of accounts and monthly consolidated accounts
-Fixed assets schedules and assist on audit process.
-Assist in monthly bank reconciliation, petty cash control and general journal.
-Account Payables & Receivables monitoring / credit control.
-Perform daily accounts operations task, including cash flow, banking and finance.
-Monthly closing of accounts, preparation of monthly management reports.
-Assisting in analyse of financial reports for management review, liaise with bank, external auditor and tax consultant
-Liaise with related departments to co-ordinate on accounting related matters.
-Key personnel in the finance team, supporting to the Accounts Manager in leading to the junior accounts staff to the periodical accounting/financial analysis/review and highlight of critical issues.
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of working experience in the related position
-Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Jaya
-Responsible and reliable, able to work independently and meet deadline
