Description :: • Responsible for Actual, Forecast, Operating Plan and Strategic Planning on Service BU P&L management reporting on Sales, Cost and Operating Expense.
• Consolidation of global Sales Financial data on a monthly basis, prepares Forecast, Operating plan and Strategic Planning on Sales Financial.
• Forecast on global commission.
• Ability to perform analysis on actual results against Forecast and Operating Plan with minimal supervision.
• Sales reporting on weekly basis and generation of Top Customer Bookings and Shipment management reporting.
• Responsible for ITS reporting.
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data by customer profitability in order to increase sales and service
• Document and track key performance indicators for sales and service staff.
• Ability to build and maintain complex reports that perform analysis, organize data from various sources.
• Analyze results provide conclusions, ideas and guidance based on analysis.
• Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs
Requirements :: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- A minimum of three years of financial analysis and general accounting experience in public account or private industry. Experience in a global manufacturing company preferred.
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP rules and corporate tax rules.
- Basic knowledge of SEC reporting.
- Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
- Familiarity with multi-company and multi-currency consolidations.
-MS Office, intermediate level in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and a range of integrated accounting systems, databases and software applications.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in areas of expertise.
- Good presentation skills.
