Description :: - Consolidated report from subsidiary company.
- Manager the full spectrum of financial and accounting activities on a day to day basis.
- Review and analyze financial information and prepare variance analyses.
- Assists and coordinate the preparation of budgets, revised and forecasts and cash requisitions.
- Cash flow management.
- Formulate, review and implement internal controls.
- Formulate, review and improve on operating policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and its financial controls and standards.
- Ensure all financial accounting and functions are adhered to statutory and regulatory requirement reports.
- Ensure timely closing and submission of financial reports.
- Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, bankers, solicitors and advisory firms.
- Ensure compliance of bank loan covenants.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Mandarin speaking candidate shall be added advantages.
