Description :: - Able to handle full spectrum of accounting functions, responsible for overall accounting functions including timely submission of P&L and Balance Sheet, reconciliation, AR & AP financial reporting, GL function, preparation of financial statements, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, cash flow & management accounts.
- Establishing proper accounting procedures and system to record all transactions accurately and promptly.
- Ensure timely closing, review and analyse the accounts
- Manage and lead a team to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the overall accounting & financial functions
- Responsible for maintaining banking facilities including trade facilities and finance.
- Manage Tax related matters
- Payment follow-ups & collections, Establishing and maintaining an effective credit control policy for timely collection from customers.
- Maintenance of fixed asset register for the company.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and others relevant authority department.
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Professional Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in operation accounting
- Able to lead a team independently and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound financial and management accounting knowledge.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
