- - To prepare the following documents and statements:
- To prepare the full set of accounts on monthly and yearly basis.
- To prepare all schedules and reconciliation in relations to actual result against monthly budget.
- To prepare tax analysis on yearly basis.
- To prepare audit schedules on yearly basis.
- To check and review the following documents and statement
- Daily cash report prepared by Accounts Assistant.
- Actual cash flow statement prepared by Accounts Officer.
- Internal Order Register prepared by Purchasing Assistant.
- Payment vouchers of all suppliers invoices are in proper documentation according to SOP before submission for approval including utilities.
- Documents to be submitted to LHDN for withholding tax payment prepared by Accounts Officer.
- Turnover rent of the tenants and raise invoice to tenants.
- Monthly billings of utilities charges such as extension of office hours, carpark redemption scheme and extended operations hours on 21st of the month and every 1st of the following month according to utilities report/memo received from Operations Department.
- To generate monthly reports from system by every month-end and ensure all entries are properly posted.
- To submit / monitor of unclaimed monies every year and service tax submission on monthly basis.
- To review and check the all works prepared by Account Assistant and Officer.
- Assist to liaise with support team from accounting software in all accounting aspects.
- To assist Finance Manager in all accounting aspects - Requirements :
