- - Monitoring of Sales Order status from time to time.
- Co-ordinate between customers and internal departments.
- Prepare Quotation to customers.
- Follow up Purchase Order from customers.
- Issue Invoices to customers and follow up collection from customers.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Any other admin jobs as and when required. - Requirements :
- - Diploma in Business Admin / Accounting / Marketing.
- Familiar with Accounting Software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Words).
- Preferable 2 to 3 years relevant working experience.
