- - Prepare and submit weekly cash flow.
- Process payments in accordance to finance policies and procedures.
- Review on hand purchase orders.
- Carry out quarterly trade creditors reconciliation.
- Verify GL control figures tally with sub ledger.
- Carry out 3 way matching.
- Ensure all invoices are updated into system in timely manner.
- Verify GL codes, GST code, Sub Ledger code and dimension are correctly captured before posting transactions into ERP system.
- Review aging report and take action to eliminate abnormalities timely.
- Carry out impact analysis on movement.
- Prepayment schedule.
- Prepare and submit 6 month rolling cashflow forecast.
- Submit GST return.
- Attend to GST queries within 7 days.
- Other task to be assigned from time to time.
- Realised foreign exchange gain/loss schedule.
- Carry out impact assessment and analysis.
- Bi weekly bank reconciliation. - Requirements :
- - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Statistic, Actuarial Science or related discipline.
- 1 -3 years of working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Lowest Qualification :
