-Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships to important clients or blue-chip clients
-Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key clients and the company
-Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
-Working with all internal team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of products are being delivered and meet all client needs and requirements.
-Ensure all key client demand and deliverables are according to proposed timelines
-Anticipating key account changes and improvements
-Strategic planning to improve key client results
-Analysing key client data to provide customer relationship management
-Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
-Attending of meetings with the key client from time to time to ensure high key clients satisfaction
-Ensuring the compliance of the customers' needs and requirements in term of ISO regulations
-In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
-Support credit management on billing and term of account
-Reception of new requests, order modifications as well as complaints by the respective key clients
-Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
-Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities 
Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree in Management / Business Administration / Sales / Marketing or relevant field
-At least 5 years working experience preferably in metal fabrication industry or relevant field
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
-Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, organizational skills
Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
-Strong negotiation skills, with ability followthrough on client contracts
-Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
-Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
-Goal-oriented and a good team player
-Experience in the field of account management is an added advantage
