Description :: - Prepare/cheque payment/arranging funds transfer request
- Arrange for all cheque signatories to be signed by two approved signatories
- Keying in/update accounts data
- Prepare daily bank balance report for companies assigned
- Prepare the shipping documents including B/L, insurance, L/C and banking documents
- Any other assignments/responsibilities as and when required by your superior or any other persons designated by the Company
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 year of related working experience in a similar capacity.
- AutoCount Accounting System knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
