Description :: 1. To reinforcement or cultivate of deadline submission.
2. To outline types of report to be submitted by each individual and deadline.
3. To manage claims and collection and inter company certification.
4. To review report submitted by individual then compile and generate a consolidate result for management (Financial) by 20th of every following month.
5. To monitor overall company budgeting and cash flow.
6. To submit project performance vs budget by 20th of every following month.
7. To utilized of banking facilities monitoring.
8. To monitor of overall company status, turnover, revenue records, cash flow, various financial statistics.
9. To liaise with financial institution, procurement and monitoring of banking facilities.
10. To liaise with contracts / operation on projections of project cash flow, budget, payment, claims, expenses, to maintain a healthy financial situation.
11. To liaise with various authorities e.g. Income tax, tax agent, auditors, etc.
12. To submit yearly statutory submission and financial reporting, audit exercise etc.
13. To conduct department meeting.
14. To compile various financial reports for Senior Management.
15. To liaise with Clients to follow up on progress payment.
16. To monitor accounting software and data maintenance.
19. To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
20. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements :: 1. Degree in accounting / professional qualification in CIMA, CCA, MIA or MACP or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years in financial accounting and management.
3. Mature, analytical, creative, solution oriented and able to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Possess business and social acumen to interact well with staff, bankers and clients.
6. Ability to provide sound financial advice to the management / director.
7. Working knowledge in ISO 9001 standard will be an added advantage.
