- - Perform bank reconciliation, monitor daily bank balance and prepare monthly cash flow report.
- Issuance and arrangement of TT application form as payment to suppliers or vendors.
- Update payment details in account payable sub-ledger or general ledger for all invoices/ payment made.
- Ensuring the financial policies and procedures are adhered to and to maintain an effective internal control.
- Responsible for liaising with auditors, regulatory bodies and any relevant parties.
- Prepare year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
- Attend monthly stock take and undertake projects as assigned by the Management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior within your competency skills and knowledge.
- Prepare Tax invoices as per GST requirement & ensure compliance to GST submission - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Required skill(s): Familiar with MYOB accounting software, MS Word, MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and compliance issues.
- Confident, self-motivated, strong leadership, management skill, performance driven and impeccable integrity.
- Proficient in English & Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is added an advantage.
- Prefer Chinese speaking candidates.
- Focused, an eye for details, and analytical.
- Good analytical skill, initiative, organised, meticulous, detail-oriented and result-oriented.
- Able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment with good attitude. - Lowest Qualification :
