Description :: - Prepare payment voucher and cheque
- Updating account payable data entries
- Ensure timely completion and submission to management.
- Support in month end close procedure with timely and accurate recording
- Assist in full sets of accounts, account payable and account receivable
- Involve in payroll functions
- Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers in respect of payment, collection and invoices
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in related field is requred
- Required languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be matured, dedicated and committed to the job
- Knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Office is essential
