Description :: • Handle Profit & Lost Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet and Full sets of accounts.
• Handle in accounts payable and receivable activities, inventory movement.
• Prepare reconciliation for various sub-systems and collections utilities billing.
• Prepare monthly accounting statement, analysis and other relevant financial report.
• Maintain proper financial information and related accounting system.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Requirements :: • Candidate must at least Advance Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to
apply.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts and well versed in cost accounting, controls and tax requirements.
• Experience in direct selling industry and high volume transactions will be added advantage.
• Competence in MS Office and good understanding of UBS accounting and Malaysian taxation.
• Able to handle challenges with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and work independently.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills .
• Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
