- - Responsible in handling full spectrum of accounting, bank reconciliation, cash flow, taxation and management reporting functions.
- To ensure monthly accounts closing on time and review to ensure all entries are captured correctly.
- Monitoring and controlling the outstanding payments/collections and keeping tracks on overdue accounts.
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and resolve any accounts discrepancies.
- Liaises with auditors, tax agents & bankers and ensures compliance with latest statutory and tax requirements.
- To assist Account Manager in day-to-day accounting duties for the Company.
- Possess relevant GST knowledge. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree holder majoring in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Preferable 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to handle full set of accounts and GST mechanism will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Able to work independently, positive working attitude and committed with strong sense ofresponsibility. - Lowest Qualification :
