Description :: - Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Requirements :: - A recognised Bachelor's Degree/Professional qualifications in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent;
- A member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA);
- A minimum of 5 (five) years of working experience at management level;
- Experienced working in construction management industry is highly preferred;
- Able to handle full set of accounts;
- Experienced in managing multiple company accounts will be an added advantage;
- Preferably managers specializing in in Finance - General Cost Accounting;
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak in other local dialects will be an added advantage;
- Meticulous, analytical, sharp and able to work independently;
- Knowledge and skills in using various accounting software;
