- 1. To ensure that all collection of overdue debts are sped-up through monthly collection meeting using
the monthly aging report.
2. Reviewing and ensuring that debtors are accurately shown within the company’s accounts.
3. Monitoring and highlighting unusual/high debtor balance or over-credit-limit customers to sales
representatives.
4. Taking actions to reduce risk of bad debts exposure by quick collection or delivery goods on hold.
5. Monitoring the debtors cycle.
6. Formulate and constantly review credit and collection policies and procedures through proper
documentations.
7. Offering appropriate credit terms/limit to customers based on credit policy and procedures, credit
check.
8. Constantly liaising with PIC to maintain customers’ current credit status.
9. Review collection reports to ascertain status of collections and outstanding balances.
10. Resolves payment disputes by gathering of facts internally and communicating with the customer to
achieve resolution for final settlement of payment overdue.
11. Initiate legal action for bad debts. - Requirements :

- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
