Description :: - To manage regular inventory checks / audit.
- To set up the cost control procedures and guideline for the entire hotel.
- To carry out all stocks in the hotel by overseeing and ensuring that all stock-takes are correctly executed.
- To verify entire hotel's related costs and processes are reported in a timely manner.
- To verify and report on the cost and effectiveness of operational controls at all outlets.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience as Assistant Cost Controller / Cost Controller in the hotel industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all level of staff.
- Results driven, analytically and eye for detail.
