- - To handling bank transfer issue and perform bank reconciliation
- To Monitoring and prepare cheques and payment voucher/advise for utilities, taxes, and other payments.
- To manage daily recording process such as purchase invoice and purchase advise
- To support in management & financial accounting functions including closing of monthly financials & year-end accounts
- Dealing with external parties when necessary.
- To prepare in prepare monthly management reports
- To support external auditors during audit including preparation of audit schedules - Requirements :
- - Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, or has passed the intermediate stage of a professional accounting examination with min 2-3 yrs of accounting experience
- Must be proficient in basic accounting systems & MS Office applications
- Willing to learn & resourceful, demonstrate positive attitude & adaptable
- Meticulous, strong with numbers, pro-active, independent & a good team player - Lowest Qualification :
