Description :: • Overseeing the day-to-day finance & finance related functions of the Company
• Checking, verifying and posting all transaction batches prepared by GL/AP/AR/inventory sections.
• Establish internal processes and controls, Implement and monitor finance and accounting systems and procedures.
• Review the inventory worksheet prepared by inventory section.
• Checking and verifying all payments, Credit control and collection.
• Prepare monthly tax computation and deferred taxation.
• To ensure timely accounts closing.
• Dealing with bank for banking matters.
• Preparing annual budget, Cash flows planning.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and year-end financial report, Analysis of company performance
• Liaise with statutory auditor/ internal auditor/ tax agents/ company secretary/ legal on related matters.
• Preparing consolidated results and compiling board papers for presentation to Board of Directors.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and account software (those with knowledge in ERP System will be an added advantage)
• Dynamic, responsible, proactive, independent and result oriented attitude.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Pandan, Johor Bahru.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
