- • Overseeing and checking daily accounting operation such as G/L, A/R, A/P, monthend closing and bank reconciliation.
• Handle full sets of account and prepare monthly schedule and report for analysis
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
• Maintains accounting controls and recommending policies and procedures.
• Handle statutory compliance including local audit and tax, liaise with external auditors, company secretary, tax advisers and other regulatory
bodies.
• Compile and analysed financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual reports.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met
• Prepare financial management reports
• Provide cash flow forecast and fund requirement
• Assist in budgeting process and analyses
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- Requirements :
- • Minimum Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Recognised professional Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 year (s) working experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis,
auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
• Preferably Senior Executive/ Accountants specializing in Finance and Accounting in the Advertising & Communications Industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and a team player.
