Description :: 1. To lead the entire Finance department and monitor the progress of the subordinates to ensure reports are submitted on timely basis.
2. To manage all aspects of financial responsibilities of all companies include:-
• Accounting
• Budget
• Taxation
• Financial Reporting
• Debt management
• Treasury
• Banking
• GST Filing
3. To ensure all procedures on payment procedure are adhered to company’s policies.
4. Preparation of financial simulation to support business plan and proposal as and when required.
5. Manage and ensure quality maintenance of account records, accuracy and completeness in accordance to the specific requirement.
6. Resolved any accounting and tax issues raised by external auditors or external authorities.
7. Identify improvement areas and develop good accounting control procedures and best practices to enhance accounting quality and efficiency.
8. To provide guidance to Executives and Junior Officer.
9. To liaise with regulatory requirement and bodies, e.g. IRB, Customs & Lawyer.
10. To review and enhancement of work flow and internal controls.
11. To monitor the cost control measures and financial performance of the company to achieve cost saving objective.
12. Responsible for the preparation of annual budget, cash flow forecast and tax planning in line with accounting standards.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years experience in general accounting procedures and reconciliation of accounts.
3. Must possess knowledge on GST
