Description :: 1. Assist accountant in GL duties for closing of monthly account.
2. Ensure that monthly statement of account is send to customer on timely basis.
3. Prepare the monthly interco reconciliation
4. Assist the Accountant in checking the purchase invoice, after keying in by accounts assistant.
5. Assist the Accountant in supervising the accounts assistant
6. Assist in debt collection, to ensure long outstanding debts are duly settled.
7. Involve with periodic stock take and cycle count.
8. Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements :: 1. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity or equivalent, preferably, in a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft office.
3. Independent, proactive and a team player.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
