'- Check the accuracy/appropriateness (including GST codes applied) and completeness of data posted into the accounting system on weekly and monthly basis.
- In charge to ensure all accounting entries, accruals, fixed depreciation and reconciliations are completed by 5th of the month and accounts are closed by 7th of the month.
- Ensure payments with due dates (rental/government bodies/hire purchase instalments) are processed before the stipulated due date.
- Generate and prepare the management accounts (income statement/balance sheet) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Generate the branch income statement on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of reconciliation of data for GST reporting
- Preparation of bank Negara reports. 
Requirements :
'-' At least 5 years experience in general accounting procedures and reconciliation of accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, words and power point functions.
- Ability to manage, prioritise and organise multiple tasks due.
- Able to work under pressure environment and adhere to tight dateline reporting
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal and supervisory skills.
