Description :: Essential Functions:
• Responsible to prepare month management reports and handle full set of accounts;
• Responsible for Monthly GST submission;
• Responsible to prepare the Statutory reporting in compliance with financial reporting standards;
• Able to handle the monthly month end process and Corporate reporting;
• Responsible to review all payment and claims for management approval;
• Lead the inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of physical and system records;
• Responsible for analysis of Sales and revenue and Gross Profit Margin;
• Responsible for the analysis of Transfers variances;
• Lead the product costing and inventory valuation;
• Prepare cash flows forecast;
• Responsible to bank reconciliation;
• Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliation;
• Handle with company auditor, tax agent and company secretary matters;
• Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist in Capital expenditure (CAPEX) Process;
• Assist in annual budget and planning;
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
