Description :: 1. Keep full set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
2. Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payable, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc.
3. Prepare timely annual or monthly management reports.
4. Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times.
Requirements :: 1. Possess Diploma/Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ LCCI.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in the construction/ property development industry is preferred.
3. Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
4. Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, willing to learn and take on added responsibilities.
6. Knowledgeable in Goods & Services Tax (GST).
7. Well versed in record keeping and filling system.
8. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel and UBS/IFCA Accounting Software.
