Description :: Primary Duties:-
- Handling full sets accounts as well as all general accounting function in an account and timely manner.
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting operation and supervise a group of Accounts personnel.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly and other periodic management reporting and analysis.
- To perform month end closing and prepare the monthly financial statement and management report in timely manner.
- To execute and maintain financial policies or procedures and its related internal controls.
- Providing support for internal and external audit, tax reporting and submission of government returns.
- To review, compile and analyze financial information.
- Ensure proper maintenance of record, schedules, documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in UBS accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Committed and able to meet tight reporting deadline.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.;
