Description :: 1. To propose a monthly Store Audit Plan.
2. Conduct on site store audits (both compliance and operational review) and stock take audits according to the audit plan.
3. To lead / train / guide / monitor team members.
4. Prepare audit reports and monthly Management Meeting presentation slides.
5. Detect frauds and errors on store operations.
6. Conduct closing meeting and finalize the audit findings and recommendations with auditee.
7. Preparations and maintenance of the proper audit working papers according to the required standards.
8. Draft audit report supported with practical and value added recommendations.
9. Advise and recommend for improvements on the current store operating processes.
10. Periodic review on the scope of the store audit review and recommend for enhancement on the standard audit program.
11. Perform system data analysis and relevant risk assessments on the areas assigned.
12. Perform ad hoc audit assignment
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3. At least 5 year(s) internal or external audit experience, preferably with retail industry.
