Description :: 1. Process accounts payable for services and inventory purchases in SAP; including obtaining verification for payment and liaising with other teams in order to update CN and invoices accurately into GL
2. Prepare forecast and issue payment vouchers/cheques
3. Handle petty cash
4. Liaise with vendors about payment released and outstanding; and with corporate
5. management and banks for payment authorization and release
6. Assist in performing month end closing activities, including various GL schedules/listing,bank reconciliations
7. Tabulate bank balances and update senior management in corporate, including projecting various forthcoming payables
8. Perform Interco-companies balances reconciliations
9. Provide back up support to peers when required
Requirements :: 1. Flexible - Willing to undertake any other task assigned by superior from time to time & open to changes
2. Sense of urgency and responsibility
3. Independent - Able to work with minimal supervision
4. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment; always striving to meet
deadlines
5. Preferably with experience in SAP accounting system
6. Fresh graduates will also be considered
7. Preferably able to start work within short notice
