Description :: 1. To plan, manage and lead audit teams to perform a variety of assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients
2. To provide guidance to the staff in the course of carrying out audit assurance
assignments
3. To supervise and participate in investigations and inquiries assigned to the audit team
4. To monitor the implementation of agreed action plans resulting from completed audits
5. To prepare written reports for Management and Audit Committees that clearly and
accurately explain the audit findings, their cause and impact on the defined objectives
6. Managed client portfolio assigned by developing and maintaning good client relationship
7. Willing to actively play a part in promoting the firm's growth and culture
Requirements :: 1. Recognised university degree and / or relevant professional qualification in Accounting,Finance or equivalent
2. Preferably a member of a professional accountancy body
3. Minimum 6 years of related working experience
4. Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and formidable leadership qualities
5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and also a good team player
6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
7. Good communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
