Description :: -Supporting the Accounting Competency Lead in ensuring governance of Siemens FRG and CoA, cluster and country policies and guidelines.
-Ensuring business transactions are correctly reflected based on policies and guidelines.
-Ensuring the completeness of accounting transactions monthly.
-Checking of journal vouchers submitted by business units.
Ensuring timely submission of internal and external reporting requirements.
-Timely feedback to internal and external queries regarding accounting and reporting matters.
-Monitoring of GL and reconciliation accounts Closing, consolidation and Financial Reporting.
-Performing analytical review and analysis of financial statements.
-Support financial audits.
-Conduct training on accounting topics.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 3 years experience in areas of audit or general accounting function. Experience / exposure to business requirements of diversified industries will be an advantage.
-Able to work independently, self motivated, possess analytical skills and ability to adapt change.
-Working experience in multi national environment.
