- -Leads medium to large engagements for clients;

-Lead teams, coach & motivate employees - Requirements :
- -Degree in Accounting and Finance and/or MBA from a recognised institution
-Min 6 years of consulting experience (Managers) and 8 years (Associate Directors) dealing with large or complex internal/ external projects
-Action oriented.
-Intelligent with the ability to learn on the fly.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Strong customer focus.
-Ability to develop self and others
